Workout: Power Intervals 9x2min

Description:

Perform intervals up a steep incline outisde on MTB. I you can’t get outside then take inside to trainer.

These are MAX efforts! Build over the first 30sec of 2min interval to maximal sustainable effort. RPE-9/10
