Workout: Steady State Intervals 4x10min
Description:
Find a long enough climb that will take you ~10min. Perform 4X10min @ threshold. RBI= easy back to starting point (~4min).
Highest average effort for the 4X10min intervals. Avoid flying and dying. RBI= 2min easy spinning
Endurance Miles to round out 2.5hrs
