February 12 – February 18, 2018
After the week of riding and the tour of Sufferlandria, it is time to get in some running and recovery and start thinking about the next block of training. First couple days are some recovery runs. Followed by a couple days of threshold workouts on the trainer, then a long run and finally a 2 hour bike ride on Sunday.

Workout: 1.5 hour endurance run

Workout: Steady State Intervals 4x8min
