Workout: Endurance Run 50 min
Results: Ran with two friends and all went well. They had to pull me along, my heart rate was higher than I liked but hopefully, over time it should start to drop. Remember Rule 10: It never gets easier, you go faster.

Workout: 4 x 8 min steady state intervals on trainer
Results: I think I may have my trainer technical difficulties worked out. For the past few trainer workouts the trainer was not setting the resistance correctly. Today I went through the spindown procedure, essentially going to 22 mph and then letting the trainer drop to 10mph, it does some sort of calculation. What is important is that after doing that my Wahoo bolt screens returned to what I had seen before and the watt then went to what they were supposed to be.
Not 100% sure what all happened but I do know things seem back to normal and I was able to complete the session with the appropriate resistance. I did loos some time so I was able to get 3 of the 4 threshold intervals in before having to wake the kids up for school.
